While rooted in the uncompromising purity and crispness of a classic London Dry style, this spirit introduces a radiant, modern personality inspired by the abundance of the Mediterranean coast. Distilled from a high-quality grain base in traditional copper stills, it builds its foundation upon a meticulous canvas of time-tested botanicals, including rich juniper, licorice, angelica root, and coriander.
What makes this liquid truly spectacular is the infusion of fresh, organic citrus harvested directly from fragrant groves near Antibes. Our winemaking background in fruit selection marries perfectly with Tom's distilling brilliance, weaving in a brilliant blend of sweet orange, bitter orange Bigarade, pink grapefruit, and zesty lemon. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, sublime texture showing a flawless balance between traditional piney juniper and crisp, sun-drenched citrus notes.
