Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery Schedule
We offer delivery services from Monday to Friday. Deliveries made at the weekend will be at the discretion of our carrier, there will be no deliveries on public holidays.
Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon to be eligible for delivery 72 hours later. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following business day. For example an order placed before 12:00 noon on Monday will be delivered by the following Thursday, if the order is placed after 12:00 noon then it will be delivered by the following Friday. We may process your order sooner but we cannot promise this.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within the UK mainland only. Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, or any other locations outside the UK mainland.
Delivery Charges
A standard delivery fee will be applied to all orders. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.
*To qualify for our free delivery offer when placing orders for £100 or more, the delivery address must be within the UK mainland. Unfortunately due to increased delivery costs we can no longer offer a free delivery option to Scottish Higlands/Islands.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.
Any changes to the order must be made before the 12:00 noon cut-off time on the day the order is placed. Changes made after this time may not be accommodated.
Delivery Timing
Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times within this window.
While we strive to meet the 72-hour delivery window, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic disruptions, or other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a significant delay.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please provide an alternative delivery address or arrange for someone to be present to sign for the order.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, our courier will attempt to redeliver the next working day. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Age Verification
Challenge 21: By law, we cannot sell or deliver wine to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to provide valid identification, the delivery may not be completed, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Changes to Delivery Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these delivery terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
