3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Service

We currently offer delivery services to mainland UK only. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time; however, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and are dependent on the delivery location and the size of your order.

3.3 Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods will pass to you once we have received full payment. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.


4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1 Consumer Returns (B2C)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing or via email. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product and we will only refund the value of the product, there will be no refund given on any shipping charges incurred.

4.2 Business Returns (B2B)

Business customers are not entitled to the same cancellation rights as consumers. Returns from business customers will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and restocking fees may apply.

4.3 Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty or not as described, we will offer a replacement or full refund. You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
