What began as a dream soon evolved into years of experimentation. Blind tastings, creative debates, and an unrelenting pursuit of beauty led to the birth of Fleur de Miraval, the only Champagne house devoted exclusively to rosé. Rooted in the Côte des Blancs
Fleur de Miraval draws its soul from the Côte des Blancs, one of Champagne’s most prestigious terroirs. This region is celebrated for its pure chalk soils, which lend the wines a signature minerality, freshness, and finesse. These ancient marine sediments act as natural reservoirs of water and heat, creating ideal conditions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to thrive.
The backbone of Fleur de Miraval is Chardonnay (95%) sourced from the noble crus of the Côte des Blancs, some of which date back to 1998, blended with a touch of Pinot Noir (5%) from the sun-kissed terroir of Vertus. This innovative blend is the culmination of five years of research and refinement, resulting in a rosé Champagne of exceptional purity and complexity.
A Champagne That Dares to Be Different
Breaking from convention, Fleur de Miraval is created using a perpetual reserve system, a living blend of matured Chardonnay reserve wines aged in oak casks and bottles, renewed year after year to preserve balance, depth, and freshness. The wines are aged on lees in complete darkness for three years, allowing them to develop their full aromatic potential.
Each edition is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, with the Perpetual Reserve contributing texture, complexity, and richness, while the saignée Pinot Noir imparts vibrancy and delicate red fruit aromas. The result is a rosé Champagne that is both expressive and ethereal - pure, luminous, and full of character.
