Christmas Closure Information

Ho-ho-ho! 🎅 As the most wonderful time of the year approaches, our hardworking warehouse and customer service elves are preparing for a well-earned festive break. They’ve been tirelessly packing orders and answering queries and it’s time for them to enjoy some holiday magic (and a few extra mince pies!).

Here’s everything you need to know to stay ahead of the Christmas rush:

🎁 Order Deadlines for Christmas Delivery

To guarantee your order arrives in time for the big day, please place them by 12:00 on Wednesday, 18th December 2024. After this, our warehouse elves will be signing off, and any orders placed after this will be processed when they return in January.

🎄 Warehouse and Customer Service Closure Dates

• Our warehouse elves will take their break from 12:00 on 18th December.
• Our customer service team will stay online until 16:00 on 20th December, so if you need help or have any last-minute queries, they’ll be happy to assist!
• Both teams will return refreshed and ready to go on 2nd January 2025.

🌟 What This Means for You

• Orders placed after 12:00 on 18th December will be shipped when the warehouse reopens on 2nd January.
• Need assistance? Our friendly customer service team will be available until 20th December to answer your questions. After that, we’ll respond to queries when we’re back in the New Year.

As we wrap up 2024, we want to say a massive thank you to you, our amazing customers. Since our website launch in November, your enthusiasm and support have been overwhelming. The success of "the Chicken Wine" this year has been nothing short of phenomenal, and we couldn’t have done it without you! Your excitement for La Vieille Ferme has made it a star of dinner tables everywhere, and we’re so grateful to be part of your celebrations.

We also appreciate your patience as we ironed out a few teething issues early on, your feedback and understanding have been invaluable.
